Which Zoom Pro term fits
- One-month Pro account ($5.99): about 28 to 30 days, depending on the delivered account.
- Three-month Pro account ($15.99): a ready login for three months of meetings.
- Six-month Pro account ($32.99): the same 100-participant limit for a six-month term.
- One-year Pro account ($54.99): twelve months on a delivered login.
How the ready account activates
Sign in at Zoom or in its app with the delivered email and password. Keep the password unchanged so the plan stays attached, and skip optional two-factor setup if prompted. Check Pro and the expiry date in the account profile. Some accounts include inbox access; it is not included with every account.
All four listings include cloud recording and AI Companion, with meetings up to 30 hours and 100 participants. A longer term does not increase the participant limit.
Zoom's own free and education options
Zoom Basic is free and has a 40-minute hosted-meeting limit. A school may provide a paid education licence, so check with its IT desk before paying for a separate account. The free student option described by Zoom retains Basic's meeting limit.
Before you buy
Use a ready account only if a separate host login fits your work. Existing meetings and settings in your current account do not move through a coupon redemption. See the Zoom account term guide for the options together.
