Which Canva deal fits
- Your own account, three years: the Education team invite ($2.99) goes to the email you enter at checkout. Accept it and keep your existing designs.
- A separate login, three years: the Education team account ($1.99) is a ready account already on the team. You can change its email to yours after signing in.
- Pro on your own account for 90 days: the Pro coupon ($10.99) redeems at canva.com/redeem while you are signed in.
- A team you manage: the Education panel ($21.99) is an admin account that can invite up to 500 members.
How the team options work
An Education team invite makes you a member of a Canva team that has premium features switched on. Your designs stay in your own account. Premium templates, Brand Kit and the Magic Studio tools stay available while you remain on the team, so accept the invite with the email you plan to keep.
Canva's own student and teacher plans
Canva Education is free from Canva for eligible K-12 (primary and secondary) teachers and their students. A teacher verifies with a school email or teaching documents, then invites students. If you qualify, use Canva's free program first.
College and university students cannot join Canva Education. Some universities give students Pro through Canva for Campus, so ask your school before paying.
Before you buy
- Canva Pro and Canva Business are different plans. The listing name says which one you get.
- Codes, invites and logins are sent after your payment is confirmed. Sales are final once delivered.
